Why Lombok?

Lombok is becoming more popular by international tourists as it is only 30 mins flight away from Bali with serene white sand beaches, tall palm trees and quiet main road, still secluded from the world. The Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia also currently focus to build better infrastructure and more attractions in Lombok rather than in Bali.

And since in Lombok there is still very few luxurious accommodation to provide the growing needs, we aim to be one of the best luxurious villa management in the area. The project is located nearby Kuta Mandalika beach and MotoGP Circuit, which just launched in November 2021 and already gaining more tourists than the current accommodation in the island can fulfil.

Launched in 2020, this project already raised fund from investors from around the world accumulating more than $1,000,000 AUD in two stages. Some of these 10 units of one bedroom villas are still under construction, but the established ones will be up and running for operation on June 2024. And we are opening up Stage 3 funding to complete the rest of the complex.
